I found this Pharmacy quite by accident and I'll never go anywhere else again. The service was excellent and Alex had the medication brand that works best for me in stock. The big chain pharmacies could learn a thing or two after visiting his Pharmacy!

Being dependent on a rare Schedule II controlled substance has always made getting my pills a hassle, and with all the problems I've had to deal with over the years due to insurance policy changes and federal regulations, it doesn't take long for me to know how truly genuine a pharmacy's customer service is.

After picking my prescription up last Wednsday, I decided to switch pharmacies, and at probably the worst time, too, because I was almost out of pills and my prior authorization just expired. That's when I found this wonderful ma-and-pop business. Alex greeted me with a smile, punched in my information, and in a matter of minutes, turned what would have been a logistical nightmare for me into a friendly interaction. He took care of everything I used to have to do myself, like call my insurance provider, get the prior authorization form from my doctor, and set up the ordering system so I would never have to call in advance just to make sure that the drug was in stock before I ran out (really, Walgreens?).

When I came in the following Friday, Alex greeted me by name and even though my doctor still hadn't sent the prior authorization, he pulled a few strings to ensure I didn't have to go the weekend without my medication, which is something no pharmacy had ever done for me before. In the time it would have taken me to wait in line at Walgreens just to hear bad news, I was in, out, and back at my office 1/2 mile away with my pills. I still have to pick my prescription up at the Doctor's office every month (as per federal U.S. drug policy), but for once, I have a pharmacy that does the rest of the work for me and actually treats me like a human being. I should have switched a long time ago.

If you like supporting local businesses and enjoy fast & friendly customer service, then Franklin Pharmacy is for you. If you enjoy listening to on-hold music, standing in line, or browsing through next season's holiday decorations until your prescription is filled, then you my friend have a very sad looking dating profile. Get help.

This is the best pharmacy you will experience. The pharmacist is second to none when it comes time ensuring patient's get the medicine they need. Caring  old-fashioned service.

The pharmacist is very friendly and knowledgeable.  He is always very quick to fill my prescriptions as I wait, which is awesome.  I am in and out with the medication I need within minutes instead of hours like some of the chain pharmacies and his prices are much cheaper than the chain pharmacies also.  Definitely check this pharmacy out!
