We've been serving the Franklin, PA community and surrounding Venango County areas since 1894, as a private, non-profit public library. In addition to offering traditional library services -- like books, audio books, and outreach visits -- we also offer free WiFi, internet computers, e-book lending, and DVD rentals. We provide a diverse roster of program options for all ages, from birth to teens and adults. Our Pennsylvania Room houses an extensive collection of local history and genealogical resources.
