I've been going to Frank's once a month for a few years. I've never had a negative experience. Frank and Josh are top notch Barbers, always willing to chat people up. The place is always clean and theirs always sports and news on the two televisions.   
It's a perfect place to go for a cut. It's even been in a Discovery Channel Commercial.
