Terrible place. Got my results which indicated a abnormal mass. I lived a week of hell until my family doctor contacted them. Then they amended the report say it was a typo and they left out the word NO. All I got was an apology saying mistakes happen. I plan to seek legal advice. I will not go back there. Obviously they are only after the money.

This is the second time we have paid privately for an MRI for our accident prone 10 yr old daughter. the first time we chose a downtown Vancouver facility everything was fine there ,but today at fvmri clinic we experienced exceptional customer service, from the front desk staff to the gentleman who took care of her throughout her exam . He was kind and patient, took the time to explain everything he was doing before and throughout the exam , my daughter felt safe and secure the entire time. I would highly recommend Fraser Valley MRI over the much higher priced Vancouver location any day...
