Wow. Superb pizza, some of the best I've ever had.  When we walked in it was crazy busy and I thought oh no, we are going to be waiting a long time, however after a ten minute wait to order, our first pizza was out 15 minutes later.  Very pleased and happy we chose this place. Highly recommend!

Very fresh ingredients and the crust was really good. Needs more salt in it but otherwise really good. We ordered two combinations one without onion or sausage the other with. With drinks. There were 6 of us. We had to go to counter to get menus, then order at counter. They seemed pretty unorganized as they didn't seat patrons and then don't know who just sat down, that's why only 4 stars. Lots of TV's for sports. Seems like a busy liked place, to try it out, we do recommend it.

I used the Fratelli app for the first time to order carry out. The app is a little clunky and could use some attention. I showed up a few minutes after the app told me my pies would be ready only to have to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food. Fratelli pizza is usually great, but the crust on both pizzas was extremely tough and chewy. There are other good, locally owned pizza joints in Flagstaff. Fratelli may not be my choice next time.

Good pizza. Bad phone service. Tried to order over the phone, "Fratelli's. Can you hold?" BUT, walked in. Ordered. Took 20 minutes. I could watch the game on muted screens. Bring a sweater. AC is cold.

Ordered a Medium, Thin Crust, Pepperoni and Green Pepper pizza on 2/16 while driving from the Grand Canyon to Scottsdale. Called ahead about 20 minutes and it was ready exactly on time. Definitely in the top 5 best pizza's I've ever had, and absolutely the best road trip meal I've ever had.
Side Note, not relevant for most - Sturdy box and crispy crust made it easy to eat while driving and made a long drive so much better. If I'm ever in town again I will definitely be stopping there.
