Would give 4 or 5 stars as their food is great.
BUT...they NO LONGER answer the phone to make delivery orders apparently...disabled people here who cannot pick up or eat in, guess they do not want our money.

They've lost customers due to refusing to answer a phone. Shame.

Good neighborhood comfort food.  When I get food from here I usually call ahead for carryout.  They have a small cozy eating area. Their Italian beef sandwiches are good.  My family and I had their fish fry tonight and was pretty good.  I'll let them know that they need to keep the coleslaw out of their food warmer. They have cheese curds - though tonight they were a little bit more greasy than usual.  Bigger pieces and more curds than Culver's.  I recommend them.

Great food, high quality ingredients, handmade fresh everything! Get a light sprinkle of fresh basil on a pizza, you'll never want one without it ever again! Huge shout out to the family that owns and operates: you guys rock! Your food is awesome & your employees are really friendly. I've recommend Fratelli's over & over and I will continue to do so, I love the food so much! Thank you Fratelli's!!

The pizza is excellent!  B52 bomber is spicy and unique.  The Italian Beefs are good but not as good as Portillos.  The sub-sandwiches are excellent....highly recommend.  Also...the chili cheese fries are the best.  
The bad part.....the service is lacking.  If you get take out, make sure you check you have everything before leaving.  This place often forgets items you order for take-out.

Pizza is good. Italian beef is ok. I don't recommend the  grilled chicken.  I've tried it twice and  both times it was dry a n burnt.
