I have always loved stopping at Frazier's for my morning biscuit and cheesy grits. The Frazier's on hwy 29 and the one on Willis Rd have always treated very nicely but this one on HWY 16... ever since they hired the older lady with the dark-grayish hair with glasses.. it has been nothing but bad experiences going in there. Even to just buy a drink. It's very obvious that she has something against people who are not "like her". Rolling her eyes, throwing change, smirking, slamming coins... What? As a business owner myself, I would never hire something with those qualities in fear of running business away. Specially with all the construction crews stopping by to get breakfast and lunch. I will no longer be spending my money at this location and will refer all my friends away from it. Enough is enough. Still love Frazier's on 29, my favorite! Rock on!

I love this convenient store. The cashier in the morning, tall guy with a light beard, is absolutely my favorite. He is the main reason I stop at this store.

I go to this store all the time. I love their breakfast biscuits! I would have given them a 5 star review if it wasn't for my bad experience today. I had won a free ticket playing a lottery scratch off, so I wanted to get another $5 scratcher (for free) & decided to buy another ticket (for $20) with some drinks & other stuff. So I gave him all the cash I had on me (a 20) & wanted to pay for the other items on my debit card. So the employee got a little attitude & said we'll just do the lottery separate & voided part of the transaction & the total was around 5 dollars. So I paid it & then realized that wasn't right, so I said you didn't charge me for something. He said no didn't... & I replied yes, my total should have been around 9 something... Then he said no I did a pay out & you still owe me 5 dollars for the other lottery ticket. All that was unnecessary from the start, he should have just put in that I paid with cash first then the rest go towards credit, for I know is possible because I did it the day before with a different employee. So I just gave him the 5 dollar ticket back & took my stuff to leave & as I was walking out he called me an idiot. If the owner was there I would have brought it to their attention. If it wasn't for that employee, I would have given them a 5 star review! All the other people up there are super nice. So if you visit this location (or any Fraziers because there's more than one & they move their employees around) avoid the 20 something year old with a beard, he's terrible employee with a bad attitude.
