I am very disappointed with the service I received at Fred Meyer, and seriously regret trusting them to repair my engagement ring. Their jeweler was unresponsive, and almost did not get my engagement ring back to me in time for my flight out of state. I just needed one small diamond in my halo replaced.

The jeweler replaced the diamond with one that looked different than the others, and then reset my main diamond completely crooked. The prongs are uneven, and my ring is no longer a perfect circle. The mini prongs are uneven all over the place. 

I will have to pay another jeweler to repair this botched job. I am extremely disappointed.

I went there today to get a metal band for my watch and the service was impeccable. The staff was extremely accommodating to me and the band provided is high quality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great jewelry and fantastic customer service!

The ladies that work there are extremely kind and helpful. I had my rings (that was not purchased there) resized. This caused the engravings to look distorted so they kindly offered to fix them. However, when they came back, you cannot see the engraving at all. Literally cannot make out any of the words. How can you not notice that? If they couldn't do it the right way, I wish they would have just given them back and we would have gone elsewhere.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Kay jewelry store buying a replacement wedding set. My original set couldn't be sized up anymore to the size that I needed, so we went shopping and after buying the rings they told us that we "might" receive the rings in three months when we went to pick them up. So we got a refund, and my husband wanted to come here, and it was the best decision we could make! The ladies we worked with stayed late just to help us find the right rings. And then they were ready the very next day. I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a jewelry store, definitely give this place a try!
