Incredible customer service. Place was empty so spent around half an hour just chatting with the staff. Because of the brand and that the fact we were visiting from England we had a lot to talk about. Staff were extremely knowledgeable on all the products and prices were reduced. I buy a lot of Fred Perry clothing and I loved that I found designs I hadn't seen before. Plus the Subway ride from Manhattan gave some of the best views of the city.

I am a Fred Perry fanatic: mod style, great quality, frequent archival reissues...please note that my review only applies to the women’s section! This store is their outlet store. If you happen to walk in right at the beginning of when they're having a big clearance, this store is amazing. If you hit the tail end of a clearance, expect limited selection of smaller sizes (I am a 2-4, for reference) in the clearance section in the back of the store... the rest of the store seems to only be 25-30% off and the selection is scarce (aside from a nice spread of polos) and again the smaller sizes seem to go first; you're better off shopping the occasional web/boutique sales if you're looking for bigger discounts than that.

Big number of itens, mostly all sizes availlable, friendly and helpful staff attached to worthy discounts. For a surplus shop, It's more than awesome. Just a few minutes away from Manhattan by subway, it's a "must go" for all Fred Perry fans. Bought 6 tops for less than 300 USD.

Prices were at least 50% off and great selection. When we bought a briefcase and a man's storm coat , they went downstairs and brought us new wrapped ones- not what was on the floor. Great shoes too. Service was friendly and personable. Fun atmosphere- we were invited to play table tennis ! And fabulous vintage displays.

Up to 70% on past collections and occasionally come across special collaborations. Employees have great hair.
