I had an awful experience with Mr. Virgil at the Hammond, La. Fred's location. He proudly let me know he was the store manager and he did not need my money and to please let today be my last visit to his store. I'm not sure if he's the personal owner of that location, which renders him authority to refuse a paying customers money and deny great customer service, but that's exactly what he did.
