I had an amazing experience with Freddy’s. The staff is friendly and very professional. After going to many stores, I can say my experience at Freddy’s was the best. Freddy's Jewelers is one of those rare gems you find and you just stick to for the rest of your life. You know when you find that one place that does the perfect fitting on a suit or when you find the one florist that just has the best flowers for your significant other? You'll always go to them, no matter what, because of the service and the staff.

There really is something special about Freddy's. It is located in one of the oldest and most amazing buildings in Miami. Once you get inside, the whole place is just flowing with prestige. I was helped by Jordan, who I have to say is one of the best people I have ever met in Miami. I just couldn't believe he was even from the city! I gave him a number I could afford and he did everything in his power, with some major discounts and awesome service, to get the perfect ring picked out for me and my fiancee.

I'm getting married next Saturday and extremely happy, and proud, to be able to put that Freddy's diamond on her finger. I will be returning when it is time for upgrade and/or something nice for another occasion.

Summary: Kind hearted people that really do their best to find the best ring for you. They wanted to hear my story and helped me get the most bang for my buck. I've included  picture of the ring to show you just how amazing they are.

The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. l had a pair of gold hoops that was from my grandma. l wanted something to new with the gold. They were able to make a beautiful ring for me.

Bought our engagement and wedding rings at Freddy's 10 years ago after intensive research and shopping around they offered the best deal.  Staff and owner are excellent and can only say good things about them. They ensured the bride was happy and especially the groom ;-)   We have gone back and upgraded the wedding band and again they made sure my wife came out happy. Thank you Freddy's a loyal customer for life.

My fiancé and I stopped in there today to look at rings and we walked out with one! The staff was personable and very accommodating. I will be returning for future purchases...and I live in Ocala.
