First time we came to get our marriage license the lady talked very negative things about previous marriages she's conducted, licensed,etc. She made us feel very uncomfortable and took a long time processing our info. She also didn't inform us of the steps in process what to do next and what to expect. Lastly, when I returned a year later to get a copy of our license for passport port purposes the office said they closed at 4:30, But when I arrived the lady said they closed all their computers at 4PM. 
Let's just say I cannot in good faith say I will be nice to these people. Probably lower than DMV in customer service for gov employees

This courthouse is corrupt. Judges do not like their job and will tell you that on the stand. They quote on quote draw straws for family Court trails and don't really even pay attention and all lawyers in Frederick are corrupt as well I wish I never moved to Frederick County so glad I live in Pennsylvania now they are unorganized unprepared you do all the work they get paid you lose money and nothing is resolved it's a giant joke to them.

Easy to find, people were polite enough. Its a courthouse, so not really much else to say.
