I've known and worked with Fred for at least 13 years. When I think of him or describe him to others, I find myself using these words every time, hard-working, honest, thorough, knowledgeable and above all professional. I'm always amazed when he tells me his plans for the weekend or the evening at hand. Almost every time and involves studying and increasing his knowledge base through continuing education. I unfortunately I am not that focused or driven... Needless to say I find it quite impressive. 
In conclusion, I would be absolutely shocked if his clients were not 100% satisfied with his services. If they were not, I'm absolutely positive he would do everything to make it right, even at his own expense.
And you can take that to the bank!

Usually we just do our own taxes, but we had slightly less than straight forward information so we took the easy way out and went with Fredrick James. He and his staff are honest, friendly, and reliable. I love the small family atmosphere in the office. So happy we hired them too because we ended up finding more than we expected. Definitely worth it to know everything is taken care of in an honest and professional manner.

I am currently an employee at Fredrick James, however, my review is as a client. Fred and Crystal did my tax returns for the past two years and I ended up receiving a larger refund than I have since I got divorced and moved to Florida! I am very impressed and can't wait to be able to help ours clients the same way!!

I've been using Fredrick James accounting for more than 20+ years. On many occasions through talk with friends and family I find out that my returns are in some cases twice as big as those using the big box stores. My Thanks to the team at Fredrick James.

I had a similar experience with this Fredrick James Accounting they are very slick.  I had some tax return issues initially because I have not filed for 2 years. When I received a notice from the IRS that I was being audited I kind of gotten that queasy feeling in my gut. the same feeling when you see flashing lights behind you. 

Well I guess these companies can smell that fear and exploit that to their benefit. I contracted with this firm and was told to fix this would cost total $4500 and i needed to pay this as a retainer which I did.

what I did not know was this retainer was like a draw and they would start billing me $200 an hour so this was eaten up very quickly and they asked me for an additional $7500 to continue. 

I had asked why the additional $7500 for a job that was supposed to cost $4500 and joe told me there was a new IRS agent on his case and she was very tough.   

I myself contacted the IRS and to my surprise there was no special IRS person on my case. 

I fired them and found another local firm but this time by referral only. I lost $4500.. 

shame on you.   :(
