Fabulous experience!  Andrew, Blake, Jesse, Mario, and Jon did a fantastic job installing my new unit!  They were professional, courteous, and worked very hard to get the job done quickly and properly.  They took the time to thoroughly explain the new thermostat and cleaned up after themselves (even vacuuming).  And, it was after 5 on a Saturday in the rain - not the best conditions for them! My experience with Freedom has always been positive - their personnel are honest, informative, courteous and knowledgeable.  I couldn't be happier and I HIGHLY recommend  them!

Jesse, Blake and John did a fantastic job installing a ductless mini split and air handler in a house I recently purchased that only had window a/c units to cool with.  It cools well for a smaller house like mine! They were a very polite crew of guys. Thanks!
And Mike who I spoke with initially about the unit was informative and explained the system and how it works. I’m glad I decided on this company out the other ones I met with. So far so good!

I had Chris Horton, Field Supervisor of Freedom Heating & Cooling, come out today to inspect our home systems.  He was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly.  He took time to show me photos of everything I should be aware of with both systems, and explained everything.  This was my first time to use Freedom and I will use their services in the future.  If there were six stars, I would have checked one more for good measure.  GREAT SERVICE,

My unit was 24 years old when it decided to no longer work to my specifications. Freedom Heating & Air was quick to get me approved for a new unit and put in the same day! Chance is a great tech! He helped show me how to use my Nest and was helpful in explaining what all my new unit would do for me. I'm loving my new unit and the Nest thermostat is so easy to use from my phone! Now I know what a good A/C unit will do. Lol! Thanks Chance and Freedom Heating & Air! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I would like to commend Don Johnson President of Freedom Heating and Cooling and his team of men on the remarkable extraordinary work they always give me. I only entrust Freedom with my system and heating needs. Chris Brown whom I call my personal service advisor is one of the most amazing sensational people I know and is my go to person when I need assurance of what to do. Chris is incredible and I know I can trust him.  I had a service need that was found in March by Freedom, but I had just had surgery and was not ready to deal with it then. I called Chris and he got Johnnie a Sr. Tech out the same day to evaluate the issue again. Johnnie was very professional and kind and got everything done and approved within hours. This was yesterday and today I had a whole new unit AC & Furnace installed today. Chris Skelton and Josh were the two techs today and they were very thorough as well as professional and did a phenomenal job.  The men went above and beyond to recommend other services to make sure my system runs perfectly and last longer. I give my seal of approval and recommend them as the Best Choice for your heating, cooling and other needs. I have been with them for years and have all many other services with them and all have been outstanding. I applaud this team for honesty, loyalty, dependability, professionalism, and expertise. Great Job Freedom keep up the awesome work. I will be calling soon for my duck cleaning.
