Freedom One Funding is on the ball. Not sure what these other 1-star reviews are all about (probably fake, competitors hating), but Freedom One gets it done. I work with Rachael Angelini, and have closed dozens of deals with her. I have also dealt with Ben Forcucci, and they have always been very good to deal with. Laid back and genuine folks. Not sure what others have had problems with, you can either get approved for financing, or you cannot based on credit/income, etc. Freedom One, especially Rachael, actually answers the phone, or at least calls you back quickly. They reach out, follow up, stay on top of things, and that is what you need in order to ensure a smooth transaction. They are experienced people who know what they are doing and they do it well. They also have more options to offer buyers than most credit unions do.

My experience with Rachael Angelini at Freedom One Funding was PHENOMENAL! Rachael went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing my home. There were multiple hurdles I had to jump with the mortgage company, but Rachael kept an extremely positive attitude throughout the entire experience and talked me through the hurdles with such ease that they barely seemed like problems at all! Rachael was there for me any day, any time via text, email or phone. I would not have made it through this process without her and I STRONGLY recommend you call Rachael Angelini at Freedom One Funding to assist you with buying a home.

Amazing experience with Ben Forcucci at Freedom One Funding. After being declined by at least 4 banks and brokers for a home loan purchase, I was referred to Ben Forcucci for a final try. I had a lot of different issues going on so the outlook was bleak, but Ben's first words were "I think we can do this." I just closed on my home yesterday. I don't know how he did it. It was nothing short of a miracle. Right down to a few days before closing there were so many of what seemed to be insurmountable hurdles and Ben jumped them all. He made everything so easy for me and was so patient and respectful. He had a positive outlook throughout the entire process and never let on to me if there were any problems, though I'm sure he encountered many and got a few gray hairs along the way. If you want results and not unfulfilled promises, then I would highly recommend Ben Forcucci and Freedom One Funding.
