After the on-airport valet service from DFW botched more than one reservation (I sat in an empty garage waiting for over an hour at 1am), I switched to FreedomPark and haven't looked back. Down to a person (from the phone operators to the valets) they are consistent, courteous and professional. One night I had an alternator issue, and the manager went above and beyond to help. My car also has a low front bumper and their "one foot" policy has kept it from ever getting scratched by a curb. Simply said: they make it easy for someone like me who makes 50+ trips a year for work to get in and out of the airport as quickly as possible.

Used their service for the 2nd time. Both times were unsatisfactory. The 1st time we opted to have our vehicle detailed & the windows were still dirty. The 2nd time, our vehicle was 4 gates away. There was a couple who was on the same flight as us & their car was there. We waited 15 mins for our vehicle to arrive at our gate. (Even though our flight was on time & arrived at original gate). Then we get in our vehicle & our radio was switched to some rap station. I had to call their main office twice before our vehicle arrived. Awful service, not to mention their young driver adjusted our radio station. Also, Freedom Park valet doesn't give you a receipt after signing the receipt for your vehicle.

Great company and fantastic service. The attention to detail and the willingness to go above and beyond for customers is what sets FreedomPark a part. If you fly in and out of DFW give them a call, they will transform the way you travel. Or if you have an event or need private valet they also do an incredible job.
