I can not even begin to express the excellence of Freeman Marcus! 
The staff is very professional as well as talented. 
They completely reconstructed my $115 earrings purchased, repaired, and then destroyed by another company...  I can't even tell my earrings were ever broken! 

Freeman Marcus Jewlers staff always seem to exceed my expectations with a smile!

I came to Freeman Marcus after having seen two other jewelers. I needed to have the setting of the diamond on my engagement ring tightened. The first jeweler that I went to said I would have to purchase a whole new setting (even though it had held the diamond for thirty years before coming loose) as well as have the side diamonds tightened at a cost of 535 dollars!! The second place tried to take my ring without any consultation for the jeweler that would come into the store two days later!! Then I went to Freeman Marcus. The staff was very nice and attentive. The owner took one look at the ring and said that the setting was fine but that I had probably just hit it on something. (I had just moved so this was probably the case) He also said that the side diamond is only a little loose in the canal and is in no way going to fall out, so I did not need to spend 100 dollars to tighten it. It took maybe all of 15 minutes for him to tighten it and in the mean time I walked around and looked at the jewelry. They have an excellent selection that seemed to not be too pricey. I also noticed thank you notes from groups in the community for gifts that the store had donated. Which just furthered the proof of the owners generosity and kindness. He could tell that I was very distraught about not being able to wear my new engagement ring and he gave me a great deal on the tightening. And as I left their kindness and helpfulness brought a tear to my eye. A jeweler that puts their customers above their bottom line is hard to find, especially in this economy!
