Freeman hires you in mostly through BelMar temp., they get above, my guess 14/15hr., and pay you minimum wage. You can work there for years without getting hired on by Freeman, if you get hired on then you get a dollar raise if lucky. This company is NOT for the employees, but for themselves. I know several, several people that worked here, & some still working there, they despise the company, but have no other choice but to "slave" for Freeman. It's a shame companies like this are able to screw their employees.

Don't get me wrong I loved working for Freeman what I have a problem with this company is i got  fired we're having an accident with my forklift it was not safety issue I got fired before even my drug results came back which I think that's wrong I believe I deserve another chance I love to work there
