I have bought several bikes from here.  Every time has been a positive experience,  for both sales and service.  My most recent new bike had a minor issue  over the summer, that the mechanic Jeff fixed on the spot, where I expected to have to leave it to be worked on. 
 Trying to decide on which road bike to buy, Zach was instrumental in helping me decide.  For a young man he was very knowledgeable and patient. 
 I took the maintenance class last night that Jeff lead. He gave me some tips that I did not know about,  but will be very handy in the future.  Rich, the owner,  has always been very accommodating.  Between me and my kids. I have bought 5 bikes from FBS.  When the time comes, I will buy  there again.

Attended an excellent bicycle tire changing workshop for women last Thursday evening led by their skilled bicycle mechanic, Jeff. He is knowledgeable and a great instructor. Jeff showed us the best techniques, allowed us to try it ourselves and shared insider information about equipment. Never thought I'd use a CO2 pump until this workshop! Thanks Jeff and RIch for offering this session in the cold of winter! Looking forward to the next session on bicycle maintenance this coming Thursday.

Awesome place to get a bike!  Very friendly and helpful staff go out of their way to make sure you are correctly fitted for the bike that fits your needs.  They have a great selection of bikes and equipment to choose from.  I highly recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Just ordered a new 2018 Trek Domane SL5 Disc from Freeman's. Worked with Dave who took the time to understand my preferences, and offered up intelligent pros and cons of various options and features. What was really cool was that once I decided what I wanted, he took me thru a fitment process to ensure that the correct size bike would be ordered.

Unfortunately, the bike is on backorder (Treks fault, not Freeman's, and really reflects on how popular Trek bikes are). The current release is expected in early March which works fine because right now it's too damn cold to go riding now. If the bike releases on time, it'll be just in time for spring. Woohoo!!!

This shop is for the serious cyclist willing to invest the time and funds to get the right bike and cycling accessories that will serve you well for years. The products they carry is not Walmart grade junk, expect appropriately higher prices for a superior product.
