Dawn has an excellent way helping to care for me family and me. . She is humorous and easy to visit. She knows about me as a patient and I do not feel like a computer part. She is thorough, and follows through with recommendations that may be needed to visit other Drs. She also has good ability with 2 special needs daughters. She has taken time to listen to me about them and to them. Her office staff and helpers are good and kind people with all the many needs people have as one well knows. Clean, tidy ,and a blood lab on sight.

The providers are excellent but the office staff are awful. They are extremely unorganized and are incapable of basic communication. I was charged for an appointment I did not make, then when I called to discuss it with the office manager she first agreed it was their error and somehow in the same sentence proceeded to blame me for the issue and gave me a stern talking to about responsibility. Dr. Knighton was very helpful but he may want to consider firing his wife, she's just not responsible enough for the job.

The receptionist was friendly, polite and invited me to wait in the nicely decorated, clean waiting room. The nurse was very efficient. Dawn Trani-Fallom, NP was pleasant and knowledgeable. She made certain all of my questions were answered. I was told I would have to wait for 45 minutes, since I was a walk-in, yet I was in and out in under an hour!
