Dr. Jugan is absolutely fantastic.  I live in Houston and was visiting my mom over the thanksgiving break in surfside.  My 13 year old spaniel fell down two flights of stairs and she opened the clinic (even though it was in the middle of her own thanksgiving dinner) to examine him and make sure nothing was broken or seriously wrong.  They also didn't charge excessive fees for services I didn't need like other emergency vets I've been to.  Wonderful clinic and I'd recommend them to anyone.

My dog had mammary tumors removed, a tumor on her chin removed , and hysterectomy done here. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They are also quick to address any issues.

very efficient office organization.  Docs are very personal and down to earth, My cat hat major surgery and they allowed her to recover for 2 weeks.  they answer every call professionally and caringly, evern on weejebds,
