I do know what old lady EVERYONE is referring to. I make it a point to speak in a cordial manner to her, ask may I have the receipt please, she gives it to me, I say thank you and then before I live I always say, "You have a great day"! No matter how badly I FEEL in my body, I make this a point to treat her in this manner. I don't know what she is suffering, what she lost, what her circumstances are, but it's apparent that she's not a good customer service fit for that job. Perhaps, because of folks like her is the real reason for bullet proof glass, not so much robberies. I go there to get a good gas price, accomplish what I sat out to do, and go on about my business. The management of the business OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE, and with the DAILY negativity, management must know something about this lack of display on the side of customer service. She could use some "Customer Service Training". Since we KNOW they have change of shift, and we know she does not live inside that station booth, for her own safety in these times, she might want to alter her character, and tone down rude, nasty, ugly behavior. After all, there are many other gas stations surrounding that area, they have good prices. In fact, everyone can use this smart tactic, only fill up or get gas at the Shell on Thursdays. They are about 3 blocks up the street from Freestate Gas Station, good customer service.

That old lady that works there needs to be fired. I went up to the window to get my change and she stood there looking at the register like she had lost something. I said it was 12.50 on pump 12 and she looked up at me, turned on the speaker and very rudely said "I know what it is, I didn’t ask you nothing. A few words were exchanged between me and her and she told me that I better not ever return to that station. I am now looking for the management. That lady is a witch

MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS GAS STATION TODAY WAS AWFUL. THE OLD LADY THAT WORKS THERE WAS VERY RUDE AND PUT ME ON BLAST ON SPEAKER WHEN I WENT UP THERE TO GIVE HER MY MONEY I SAID I HAVE IT ALL IN CHANGE. IT SAYS CASH ONLY. CHANGE IS CASH. I HAD 10 DOLLARS IN CHANGE I DROVE TO THIS GAS STATION CAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER.I WASTED MY GAS TO COME HERE TO GET TURN DOWN CAUSE THE OLD LADY WOULD NOT EXCEPT MY CHANGE I HAD. CHANGE IS MONEY AND I HAD 10 DOLLARS IN CHANGE. I NEVER EVER WANT TO COME BACK AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE. I CAME TO GET GAS CAUSE I LIVE IN LAUREL BUT THE WAY THAT OLD LADY TREATED ME WAS AWFUL.

The old lady who works there,has the worst customer service i ever seen in my life....Owner of this place should take care of this situation cause me and my other friends wont come back there again.....I never seen rude person like her
