I wish I could give them ½ a star or none! Been dealing with this place since July 2017 the service at first was polite but afterwards became a hassle and a headache! When I started receiving letters from Progressive about certain paperwork they needed that I did provide to Freeway could not be found when I would step foot in that office bad enough I was paying for car insurance and the rate with them was so high you would think I had full coverage! At first I thought it was because I was a new permit driver (so they had me believe) when I added my boyfriend to my policy, the policy was so high! Once again they had me believe it was because I was a new driver and my boyfriend was added to the policy. When I tried to remove my boyfriend from the policy Nicole refused to let me do so and told me it was against policy and that it was against the law and Progressive won't allow it, took matters into my own hands and called Progressive after being told that Progressive will tell me the same thing... (LIES) I spoke to a Progressive agent and she removed him and helped me lower my policy. Now comes December 2017 renew my policy can't get in contact with anyone in Freeway and when I finally speak to someone she tells me she'll contact Progressive and call me back (More LIES) I called once more same story then they charge a reinstatement fee that goes to their pockets not to Progressive... So finally January 2018, I call Progressive myself tell them how unprofessional Freeway is and how can I get a lower policy and only deal with Progressive myself, the Progressive agent tells me I can and I can start a brand new policy with them and guess what?!!? This whole time Freeway was just taking me for my money! Now I pay ¼ of what my insurance was with Freeway! So before u step foot into Freeway or if you pay Freeway to have Progressive insurance call Progressive or check your policy online first before Freeway takes you on a ride for your money!

Excellent service. Polite and Friendly workers they aim to make all experiences a good one. Id recommend them to anyone looking for insurance they'll guide you in the direction that fits youe needs.
