I just wanted to thank, Nancy Vallejo, for helping with my auto insurance, she was very professional, very helpful and understanding, but most important honesty, I was very satisfied with the information that was provided to me, no hidden cost or hidden information regarding my new auto policy and it was explained with great detail of what you are covered, and no wasting time.  I honestly have to say, that I am person that I don’t usually write reviews, but for this one, I must give a 10+ plus, because I had great customer service, I 100% recommend, Nancy Vallejo, if you are looking for great customer service, professionalism, price and foremost honestly, a satisfy customer. 🙂

While insurance companies have a bad reputation of taking advantage of its customers. I am glad to have been helped by Nancy Vallejo who took her time to help me understand my new policy. I left freeway with a new policy and a clear understanding of what I was paying for and I appreciate Nancy helping me get a low down payment and low monthly price especially with me being a young adult in his early twenties. I will recommend people to look for what is best for them but if you do have time visit Nancy Vallejo at the highland freeway insurance. She does her best to watch out for you. Thank you Nancy.
