The food was outstanding. Everything was obviously very fresh. All our meals were cooked to perfection. Met the chef. She was very open and wonderful. The waiter did a great job of not only explaining the menu but gave us a bit of the story behind the restaurant's conceptualization. Yes, we spent a bit more money than normal outings but it was a wonderful experience. Go to Freight House. Support this local establishment.

I love finally having a good fine dining experience in Paducah. Not only is the food some of the best I've ever had, but the wait staff is wonderful. But what really sets them apart is their whiskey selection. They have over 100 choices for you including some one-of-a-kind barrels directly from the brewery.

Finally an upscale fine dining experience in Paducah. Hats off to locally sourced meats and vegetables! You can definitely taste the difference. This is a very creative seasonal menu from butternut squash dumplings to Ky Blue snapper entrees. The flavors melded very well together, and a unique twist of flavors like fennel aoli with the smoked pork shoulder. The only negative was a long wait for the food to come out which wasn't too much of an issue for me. If I have a cocktail and good company I am good to wait for awhile.💖

After listening the Brahm's Third Symphony, my girlfriend and I decided we wanted some dinner, and Freight House was close to the symphony center. I saw the reviews and decided it was worth a try. We were very impressed. Our server, Josh, did a superb job. He helped us with everything we needed and was very attentive. Thank you Josh! Something to know is, this food is farm to table, and you will experience flavors different than any normal restaurant, especially those of chains, and it is a positive difference. I am a burger lover, and their burger was definitely a match for my favorites with cauliflower and carrots being toppings that were surprisingly complementary to the burger. My girlfriend got the tomato soup and roasted squash, and she only had good things to say about both dishes. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the food and service and will more than likely be visiting again next time I am in Paducah. Great job Freight House!!

Absolutely loved the food and dining experience. Very fresh food, and verity of vegetable based plates were available.
