I stayed at this hospital in the adolescent unit and the experience was amazing. I got out today and during my time here, I learned good coping skills for stress and depression and I was also able to express my feelings in different ways. My stay here overall was fantastic and it changed me and now I feel like a much stronger and confident person.

The worst hospital I have been to in my life. I should of never been there and I was treated not good. I might of well of been in Jail. It was a horrible and the staff was rude and mean. When you are really sick you are denied medical attention and have no say in anything. Most of the patient were great and looked up to me as a role model towards the end of my 5 day stay and that made me feel great for the first time in my life and i have been traumatised for my life being hauled upside down thanks for a pushy kaiser nurse or employee starting a rumor AKA lie in the ER. I will never forgive this tragic event.

I went to visit my daughter. The timing lagged from the security wasting 10 min . Plan ahead upon arrival at least 30 minutes before 7pm. I only had 15 min. To spend with my child. I witnessed children that wanted attention ignored . From children crying , another child saying they could not breath. Staff telling another staff that and looked irritated and slow and annoyed. Another child asking with a small cereal and milk in her hand, where do I eat? Ignored and last another child telling the staff to help the other child that was crying who needed help also being ignored after 5 min. Then getting medicine im guessing to sedate the loud kid complaining that they are garbage and do nothing. These places are for desperate need of help and I didn't see that. These kids need allot of attention, activities, tv's, something to keep them comforted at this breaking point. Maybe soft music for inspiration. I wish I could've stayed longer to help these kids but visiting hour was up and i had to say goodbye to my child. Wishing I could bring her home she said there was no therapy since her admitting. Where is the help and where is the right staff to fit these positions??? Not a recommended place to send a child in desperate need of help and assistance .I can only say that my child did say they do constantly check they are being watched with the door open. I do agree to say that the staff doesn't care and maybe more so there just for the pay check.

My Daughter was their for 9 days and had Beautiful experience!! They are caring and loving staff!! They sent my daughter home with a smile!!! Thank you Fremont Hospital 🙏🏽

This place is horrible, I felt my rights as a parent were violated, they broke restraing order rules set forth by the court and all they could day was sorry, 2 visits for my daughter cost over 30k dollars you would think making that much money they could get people to do a better job. I was never asked for an ID I just needed a patient's name to gain access to the child floor. They should be shut down they have violated hippa laws and basically don't care as long as you sign the bill at the end.
