A place to practice golf. Only the first, second and 9th holes are well maintained. Others are pretty bad. All the greens have mud patches and holes as of Aug 31 2017. Time to move on to another course in Pleasanton or Hayward.

Came to check on Thanksgiving day. Posted photos of so called fairway. Worst golf course I ever saw.

The maintenance is really lacking. Dried out fairways, crusty unraked bunkers, and diseased greens where almost no one repairs their divots. And yet it still can be a lot of fun to play, as it has some very challenging holes for an executive course. Leave your woods in the bag until the last hole. There are several narrow par fours that are best played with a long iron off the tee. Short and accurate is better than trying to be a hero and losing a bunch of balls.

This course is a good example of what you get for a basic course for the cost.  It's definitely rough around the edges, but you can get in right away most days & the course itself is fun.
