He is an awesome person with lot of knowledge and great patience. He just knows it perfect how to behave and talk with a customer while being very very reasonable and frank. I just bought one hybrid used bike today and recommended to my friend. We are going there to buy another one as soon as in a week.

Great service!  This is a bike shop run by a cool dude that is nice and very knowledgeable.  He does great work and his prices are very good.  Come support you local bike shop once in a while.  You can't buy service online and we need these kinds of businesses around.

The owner is a really great guy. It is a well stocked shop, but since it is a smaller shop, the owner is more intent on giving you the best service instead of looking to make the most profit

Mr. Ha's service is really good. He provides me the resolutions and price to my problems, so I not only know what's going on with my bikes but also ways to deal with it. I really appreciate his help!! I would also definitely going to recommend my friends who have bike related problems to come to his store.
