I would give zero stars if that was an option. I had an appointment and was supposed to get a simple blonde balayage but instead I ended up with darker then what I previously had done. My hair looked completely the same but darker & this was also supposed to be for a wedding so when I made it clear I wanted a refund they told me they would have the girl call me. It’s been 3 days and still nothing they keep saying she’s not available.

I came back here to get my hair cut because Carolina had done a wonderful job on my wedding hairstyle back in April. I made an appointment with someone else today because she wasn't there. I ended up waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes past my appointment time and when I finally got up to ask if it would be much longer - they had forgotten I was there. I ended up leaving without getting my hair cut at all.

Very disappointed with the experience.

The parlor itself is good. But they hardly have any parking. It's a mess trying to get in and out.
