Do not let this person pretend she is a tailor!  Yes, she has a sewing machine, but should never, ever, be turned loose with it.  French Laundry and Cleaners ruined a cashmere blazer and then -- far from offering to pay for making it totally unwearable -- they wanted $95 for her hack job.  AVOID THIS PHONY!
Oh.  Right. And the price for washing a shirt kept going up every time I asked -- $2.50 on the phone, $3.00 when I dropped my shirts, and then it was up to $3.50 when I picked up the shirts.
