French Market is a farm-to-table restaurant in Bend Oregon. Our menus change frequently depending on what's available. We opened our doors in summer 2017.

Story

A comfortable, relaxing, European style restaurant serving lunch and dinner with a focus on fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. Our menu, featuring modern French and Mediterranean cuisine, changes according to the availability of our ingredients, so there is always something new to look forward to!

Our hours are:
Lunch: 11am-2pm
Bar Menu: 2:30pm-5pm
Dinner: 5pm-9pm

My Wife and I had a great time! The service was great, the food was great, My Sazerac was great! and we had fantastic service from Micheal. The only reason i have to give this a low star rating is I met a man who was one of the owners, he came up to our table and spoke for about 20-25 minutes. He was a nice guy but, my wife and I don't get a lot of time together and after a while it was a bit intrusive. I saw him go around and talk to several tables that night so I assume it happens often. I think this place is a much needed addition to bend. Great place, if you don't get caught chatting for half your dinner.

Some of the best food in Bend! Creative and flavorful dishes, fresh ingredients, and great atmosphere. The service and the food was excellent and there was something on the menu for every one at the table (kids included). The chickapea fries, pork belly, clams, dumplings, cheeses, and pizzas were all excellent!

Bravo Chef Luke and the rest of the team on the successful June 2017 launch of a great new neighborhood bistro! The French Market is a great venue for this talented chef to showcase his considerable talents working with fresh, local ingredients. The remodel of this Old Bend Neighborhood locale into a comfortable and engaging French bistro is a great addition to the Bend food scene. Can't wait for the warm days ahead to hang out on the garden-side patio. The menu is a nice mix of small plates, salads, and entrees--all of which focus on seasonally fresh ingredients and innovative taste parings. The wine and cocktail lists are solid, with a number of old favorites as well as unique house specials. Today I had the Chef's recommended pizza (Creme Fraiche, leeks, potato, bacon, caramelized onion, and fresh herbs) for lunch, and it was outstanding. A nice balance of flavors atop a thin tossed, flavorful pizza dough with an olive oil base. It was a unique mix of flavors that worked well together. In fact, it was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it for this review before I was half-way done! The kitchen and service were working well despite only being open for four days, Great, friendly service without a hitch. Looking forward to many good meals ahead!

This place is AMAZING! Unique flavors, locally-sourced and made from scratch food, great staff, awesome atmosphere, wide wine selection..I could go on an on. I live right across the river from French Market and I have to say I will be in there often. We are so happy to have you guys in the neighborhood. :)

Such a cute little place and the service was outstanding. Loved the beer wine selection that was different from other places. We enjoyed our paninis very much. I just wish that I could've gotten a dinner with a bechamel sauce as I was in the mood for that, but it's Bend after all.
