This morning I drove up and ordered a coffee.  The woman who took my order was very nice.  I pulled up to pay, handed my credit card to another server and inquired about their birthday gift cards; For some reason I did not get one this year.  I always look forward to my free coffee in November.  She said they still were mailing the cards and handed my credit card back, and with a huge smile, she told me happy birthday and that my drink was on the house.  She told me that her birthday was in November too.  Very nice people, who are always polite and willing to make their customers happy.  She made my day and that does not happen often.  Thanks November!

Young lady making our coffee was very rude and the sad part is she was training a new girl. I ordered a white chocolate espresso grand. One hot and one frozen. Then she tells the girl at the register to ring it up as a latte.  Well one came out as iced and I  said it was supposed to be frozen. She yelled at me that I shouldn't have ordered a latte.  I told her she told the young lady at the register to ring it up that way. The young lady at the register agreed. So then she yelled at the both of us. She then proceeded to tell me there was a 30 cent difference. I handed her a dollar and she gave me 30 cents back instead of 70. Me, my son, and my cousin go there often. This has never happened before. Sad we won't be going back. We will go out of our way to the one on Williams Blvd from now on. They no how to treat there customers.

These two girls working at night are the worst baristas that I have encountered and had to deal with.  They treated me horribly and were doing my order as if they were not pleased of making it. I have read other reviews and they seem to be having the same issue. Either they have not done anything to better guarantee costumer satisfaction or they employ unqualified baristas for the job. Either way, they must improve tremendously.

I  love the coffee and selection however I  get times when it's to much playing around and not enough working so my order gets messed up . When they pay attention it's done right.

I was having a terrible day.  Absolutely awful.  I walked into French Press and was greeted by an amazing woman (whose name I didn't catch).  Their systems were down, so they were only accepting cash, which I didn't have.  I mentioned that that was just my luck today and the woman was SO beyond nice and amazing.  She treated me like family and gave me a hug after a little bit of conversation to cheer me up.  I can't believe people like her still exist as they're so hard to find.  Come to find out, she's the manager!  She made my day and I'm DEFINITELY going back there!!
