Great place to stop on a road trip along highway 7. Exceeded expectations. Do yourself a favor and take your food next door to the brewery and have a cold one while you eat. Fried food needs beer, duh.Food: 5/5
If u are looking for good food that the stop to do. On the way to Toronto we picked something simple. Ognon rings was actually very good and fries. Fries needs an addition like salt or ketchup to test good for me today. But wifey said she like them soft and crunchy the way they are. I am a town guy and I will like to know the brand of the ketchup they sell. Other than that I will definitely stop again on my way to Ottawa, and try an hamburger
Frenchie's chip hut is a great spot for a quick break and a snack / meal if you're going down Highway 7. I had the poutine and it was freshly made, with a generous serving size and gravy that was not too salty. Vegetarian options: The poutine gravy is vegetarian
Cute chip truck, with yummy fries, hot dogs and poutine. The gravy was delicious, with cheese curds layered throughout the poutine. Generous portions. Service was super friendly and fast. Plenty of outdoor seating.Food: 5/5
Entrance sign says go right for chip wagon but it's behind the building. 28 bucks for two of these. Not enough meat. It was good but quit expensive.Food: 4/5
Probably the best poutine I’ve ever had, owner was super nice and quick with the order. The gravy was hot, the fries where crispy and the curds were abundant. Definitely worth the stop, and 100% coming back again.Food: 5/5
Fries were really good. Sausages were falsely advertised as "Seed to Sausage" which is a local brand/farm with delicious sausages. Unfortunately, they were actually serving some sausage from grocery store bulk packs. Full of chewy bits and relatively flavourless. Looked like the stuff Costco sells to my eye. Wish I'd have known beforehand. Only reason I went to this chip truck was for the sausage as advertised. At least the fries were good, but I won't be buying food from this place again.
Interesting place. Delicious potatoes. Fish and poutine was devoured !Food: 5/5
Update. Now at Kick and Push brewery. Still great food Burger n fries Great tasting burger! A little challenging for those who are bearded but worth the challenge. Lol
Ordered poutine told there put of cheese curd. The then served everyone else behind us with poutines. We ended up getting chicken tenders they are very chewy and not overly enjoyable.Food: 2/5
