Fresco Café is the fruition of a longtime dream for owners Susan and Bill Neubauer. Susan & Bill have spent the past 15 years here in the Gallatin Valley. They are passionate about this area as well as the food that they prepare.
Bill is a third generation restaurateur, learning the business from his Grandfather and parents. Susan grew up in New York City, giving her a rich culinary and cultural background.
It is the culmination of these two unique backgrounds that inspired Fresco's homey yet sophisticated atmosphere, as well as its unbeatable homemade food! Bill, Susan and their friendly staff would like to share Fresco's excellent cuisine with you either in the warm and inviting cafe on Bozeman Creek or in the setting of your choice.
