My apologies to Fresh Coat of Cincinnati. I wrote a review on their website that was intended for Fresh Coat Of Florence. 
Fresh Coat of Florence does not have any professional painters on their payroll to my knowledge. Rob uses subcontractors to perform the work he has taken on. Rob also does not inspect the work his subcontractors perform.
If you want Mexicans living in the USA to paint your home, hire your own and cut out the middleman. You will save money and will get what you pay for. If you use the broker [Fresh Coat of Florence] you will just pay quite a bit more for the same result.
Lets start at the beginning. The office HBIC scheduled the painters, I was there but no one showed up. I called Rob, he called the HBIC, the HBIC called me and fed me a line of nonsense as to why she didn't do her job. 
The house was prepped for paint, all interior doors were removed, all hardware was removed from the doors and the doors were staged in the garage. Each door was marked with where it went in the house. Each door had been test fitted to it's location. The trim was caulked.
After the painters were finished, I found an oil stain in my driveway where they had parked and cigarette butts in my yard. My vehicle does not leak oil and I do not smoke. I had specifically mentioned to Rob that on the last house he painted for me, his painters had not painted the area between the door frames. He stated that he would take care of the problem.This was the case again. The area between the door frames was the same color as before the house was painted. Also the top edge of every door frame in the house was not painted. Multiple areas of trim was not painted correctly, you could still see the old color showing through. None of the trim below any of the windows was painted white, they were all the same color as the walls. The painters left their garbage in my garage and I had to sweep the entire house after they left. 1 of the closets had not been painted completely, the paint stopped several inches shy of the door trim.
I had not paid yet so Rob had them come back to correct all of their mistakes. As I was hanging the interior doors, some of them did not fit correctly, the reason was the Mexicans mixed up the doors. It took several attempts to locate the right doors in the right place. I also found footprints on my garage floor where the doors were painted. I guess the tarps Rob stated that they would use were on another job. One of the painters had spilled paint, stepped in it and then walked around my garage. All of the interior doors had a rim of paint at the bottom where the paint was applied too heavily and it ran down the door and dried at the bottom of the door. 1 of the eight trim pieces around the window above the entry door was not painted on the topside and more base trim needed a second coat. I had already paid Rob $3940.00 so I no longer had any leverage, I also didn't want his subcontractors back in my house. After I posted the review on Fresh Coat of Cincinnati in error. Rob called to ask if I would take the review down. I travel for my work and was out of town for several weeks. I got a voicemail from a guy claiming to be the vice president of Fresh Coat wanting to know if my issues were resolved with Rob. They were but not by Rob. I hired a US citizen to go behind the Mexicans and correct all of there remaining mistakes. Bottom line, hire a painting contractor who was born in the USA, lives here, has employees who were born here and actually does the work himself, otherwise you will not be happy with the results.
