Rudest workers ever!!!! Maybe the state should invest in money to give the county workers training!!!!!!! I swear it's so sad how rude they are and they wear a badge that has Fresno county on!!!!!😡😡😡

first there were 2 drunks having sex outside the jail building front door. Then the two men at the desk were rude even though they weren't working at all. Horrible experience.

I am reviewing officer personnel whom interact with the public at their front desks* (South and North jails) and there system (whether it's telephones, their system computer programs retrieve information, money kiosks)

I think out of the 40 times I have visited the past 2 years, I have only had one positive interaction with an officer who went above and beyond helping me, all the others are negatives. The officers customer service is offensive, mean and seems like they hate their job and it's unnecessary treating people not nicely. I understand there are varieties of different people and backgrounds that you interact with on a minute by minute basis but you signed up for the job. So from a customer service point I think there needs a ton of work. 

Now for your systems. WILL YOU PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE. I cannot tell you how many times I have drove 20 minutes one way just to walk up to the doors and see a sign that says their system is down. It's extremely frustrating driving all that way just to go home. And the same goes for the money kiosk it seems like it's always down. 

SUGGESTION: It would be really handy if there was a number to call (or a website) to find out if your systems are down and when they will be up and working or if certain floors have lock downs aka (no visiting) or if the visitation phones are down in the visiting rooms.... excetera. It would streamline things a lot easier on vistors... and not to mention your staff allowing the lobbies to be less saturated with people.

Our team has been ministering inside and outside the jail since 2011. We have never encountered any problems and appreciate the help from county employees. We love being here to share Jesus with others🕇

To put money in my daughters books I have to have a facilitator  number. Cannot find I on internet. You have Visalia's not Fresno and you have no working number. Very frustrating. Plus I try it odor the Commasery just keep saying wrong number. Same number for a long time.
