The airport is small, but it is very good for it's size. It has some places to eat inside, and the flights come and go quickly. (note: the only other country it goes to is Mexico)

I got a phone call from my mother who is suppose to fly home today and arrive by 12 midnight that she is coming tomorrow because her flight was leaving. My mother was in line checking in her stuff and waited about an hour to find out her flight was leaving. The workers were only taking in priority people while there was only 5 people in line waiting to check in there stuff. She said there was 2 workers and both were only taking priority people and had the others wait about an hour in line. Due to waiting in line for an hour to check in her stuff she and 5 other people in line were late for the same flight going to LA. This is why I never fly into Fresno and fly into San Francisco and drive the extra 3 hour to Fresno. My other and grandfather were late to their flight due to poor customer service at Fresno airport. So disappointed at the service my mother received at this airport. She also mentioned she told them it’s their fault why she’s late and they did not acknowledge her.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the airport it. It was clean, sophisticated and had a unique twist in promoting a national park all within the airport. Multiple restaurants and ample restrooms. It is a smaller airport so there aren't a lot of flights coming in and out but overall it was great arriving here.

Friendly helpful. Very busy in early morning 5am to 7 30 am . Gift Shop is also very nice the ladies in there are very talkative and in formative,restrooms are clean huge private. Theres plenty to eat and drink large areas for seating .

Was ok very small air port.with a nice touch of elegance ,almost look like a little park inside.
