Always had good service at the pharmacy. The front counter ladies at the main checkout, however, can be a tad frosty. Great overall product selection and excellent card section. Great seasonal and holiday products too

Drug store often runs out of medicines (antibiotics), let's customers wait a long time before telling them drugs are out of stock (1 hour, while sick customer is in the store waiting uncomfortable), and then can't get them by the next morning.  Yes, this is an island, but better management would be appreciated.

On a perfect April day on Lopez Island, my family needed a medication from a pharmacy.  The Lopez pharmacy was closed on Saturday.  I had to go to Anacortes or Friday Harbor.  It was early.  I was groggy.  Mistakes were made.  Like I left my cell phone behind...  I went to Anacortes then to Friday Harbor.I had a short window to get the meds and back on a boat or I'm have a five hour wait for the next one.  Normand Richard RPH worked with my tight time frame, guided me to make sure I had the right supporting documentation, got me what I needed and out the door just in time to catch that ferry.  His staff was engaging and exuded a happy energy.  His physical space is laid out so that customer/patients have a spot for private conversations with him.  I know I don't like sharing my affairs with random strangers.  ANd he was thoughtful and direct.  Thanks to them and high recommendations too.

Full service drug store, also has cards, gifts, art supplies, toys. Can't find something try the drug store.
