Have always enjoyed the ice cream here when visiting Friday Harbor and staying at the marina. An almost overwhelming selection! But I love the variety, truly something for everyone. The location to the waterfront can't be beat with a great spot outside with benches to sit and enjoy the views. Quick service and cash only.

Cash only. Good selection. If there is a line it usually moves quickly. Great atmosphere being down by the water. Go here often with friends that visit from out of town. Then I walk up to Kings and buy a half gallon for the same price haha

I love the ice cream there. And they have the best fruit flavor ice cream. I've heard people even drive up to the islands just for the ice cream. Don't know why the other customers are complaining about their customer service. May be that's true but I still want to have their ice cream. Not too sweet, fresh tastes, very creamy, just delicious.

Worst costumer service in the area! My daughter and her cousins went down to get ice cream for birthday party. When they asked for a sample she rolled her eyes and yelled FINE! She assumed that they were only there for samples. The only time she seemed happy, was when they pulled out their money. When they ordered, she was annoyed with how long they were taking. When they got their ice cream, it was the same size as a single scoop as the guy in front of them. The kids thought they did something wrong, and they still treated her with respect. Even after she treated them like they didn't have money. This has happened to them before, and this will be the last time.

This was the worst costumer service ever!! The lady treats kids with disrespect. She also gave us kids small scoops. Two scoops of ours equals one normal scoop at the place. My aunt is going to confront the lady now. She needs to not treat her costumers as if they were animal. I just was not happy with the overall service.
