The Dr. himself is fine, very attentive. By the front desk staff breaks the deal. Unorganized, lost my records transfer request. If Walgreens even dare fax back an Rx for approval it could be DAYS before we heard back. You walk though the door for your appointment, nothing. No hello or greeting. I would call in to ask a question about the Rx and Dr. had given me and I would either be hung up on or told to make another appointment. Make another appointment? I don't have time to go in there once a week so that you can figure out your file on me. Just read me what he wrote or let me speak with him! Honestly. Just go to Dr. Ryan.
