Neat and clean ; small airport with enough amenities. Lines are not too long and people are friendly with tourists. I was not able to find any coffee shops or eateries inside the airport after passing through the security. Word of caution be careful when you wash your hands in the sink @ bathrooms., water will spill on your shirt due to a flawed design of the water dispenser / sink.

Alaskan Airlines is horrible. The first thing the lady said was were no longer associated with American Airlines who I booked through. Then proceeded to charge me for my ski bag which is free for American Airlines card holders and a boot bag. She told me she would charge me auditioning for a boot bag so now I have to Lug it around and figure out how to check it in when I get to Seattle. When I got here there was only one lady at the parking toll booth so we waited a half an hour on a shuttle bus who gets through for free. Hair and almost every bin at TSA. Never coming back to this place. 

And now this vending machine just took $5 from me for $1.50 bag a chips?

Waited a half hour in a shuttle for the one lady taking money for parking? Hair in every container at TSA? Alaskan Airlines is just WRONG! First thing the lady said was "We are no longer associated with American Airlines". Charged me for my ski bag which is FREE for American card holders and with a boot bag. Then mad me lug my boot bag around. How the hell am I supposed to check this on the connection in Seattle. We could not check-in on Alaskan online or AA like usual. This horrible I will never fly here again.

In my personal experience I don't like when they gave me my luggage all ruined.
