I had Kenny out to a rental of mine because the pilot light on the water heater kept going out.  He was able to quickly make it out the same time and charged about $345 to replace the control unit.  Overall, no complaints!

Fixed problem with shower and bathroom heavy drips day of call.  Good price.  Have call in now for same work at second condo.
