My experience with Friendly RV Outdoor Storage has been nothing but positive.  Alan has been great to deal with and I look forward to storing my camper here for many years.

Very clean and quite secure. Not a weed  in sight.   Not even a bug     when I pull in Alan is either checking the grounds or in office.   On one occasion Alan noticed a compartment open on my trailer that I had accidentally left open. Very much of him to call.       Always respectful of me and family

I park my trailers there.  I pay my bill.  Never a problem.  In the winter he plowed the snow away from the trailer for me so I could get to it. Owner is always nice and friendly to me and my wife.

First, don't be jaded by their "concrete" they claim to have, as it is gravel, that makes your RV insanely dirty.  Secondly, it is not secure as the gate is always open, unless it is at night.  The owner is unbearable to deal with.  Wants you to sign a one or two year deal, because he has a "year long waiting list."  I'm surprised as it is half full.  Not to mention he is very rude and unprofessional.  Lastly, terrible positioning of their dump station.  Do yourself a favor and choose another facility that has more secure grounds and friendlier service.  I was not overdue, as I paid in full from the first day of service.  Expired yes, because I wouldn't park my trash cans in your lot.  Wish you well too, thanks.

Called over there to ask if they had storage space for my boat and they said yes. Drove all the way over there towing a 26 ft boat and they would not store my boat for one month. The man that spoke to me personally was rude! Said he didn't need my business for a month and that he has people on a waiting list. Lot looked not full and why tell someone on the phone that they have space and that they require a minumum of three months???  After speaking with the man in the office and how unprofessional and rude he spoke to me, I would not keep anything on his storage lot. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business.
