Typical good American food. Mix of burgers and sandwiches and salads. Nothing exotic or vaguely ethnic. All accompanied with fries. All good. Surprised by pepperoni ravoli appetizer as how good it was. And the thing that makes this place is the ice cream desserts. Lots of flavors and toppings. 

Service was fast and efficient. Everything came out hot and fresh. Good value as appetizer and two meals including small ice cream desserts came to $35 with tip. Not the cheapest but it won't break the bank either. Paid through the table kiosk and got an electronic receipt quickly.

My sister and I went into this restaurant at 8pm, there were about 4 different tables already filled. We are sat and told our server would be right with us. 15 minutes pass and not a single waiter came over, although there were plenty of them cleaning and doing side work. I’m assuming they wanted to leave as soon as they close (10pm) but you don’t make your customers sit and wait without asking for a drink order. Decided to to leave and go to jc friendlys where we got prompt friendly service and they were much more busy.

I ordered take out for lunch today, and I must say I was not happy. I ordered waffle fries, and just in case it didn't come with ranch, I added it to the other and also asked the woman at the counter to MAKE sure that there was ranch in there. What did I come home to find? No ranch. 

I also ordered clam chowder. It was essentially water with pieces of potatoes in it. Not the creamy soup that it should be.  

Now, I understand that you when you go to Friendlys it isn't exactly the more highend option.. but I just feel like I shouldn't have had these two issues, and I felt they weren't minor.

The food was enjoyable, but more importantly they seated us 5 mins before they closed and never rushed our dinner. We were celebrating a special occasion, and we really appreciated how they treated us. We will be back, just because of this. Thank you!
