Horror show. Went at 6:20 with my family. We ordered a salad, quesadilla, a burger, and Mac and cheese. Took 40 minutes. 35 minutes into this wait, they come out to say they are out of apples for my apple chicken salad. I paid $7 for a 4 ingredient salad. Took 15 minutes to get ice cream. We were given 2 sets of silverware for 4 people, couldn't get drink refills, the list goes on and on. We saw 7 people come in and then leave because no one came to seat them.

This location only got one star from me because Google makes you. I knew this Friendly's was bad, but decided to give the new under $8 menu a shot. LOWER PRICES = LOWER SERVICE. I didn't think it could possibly be worse than before. I was so wrong. The host seated us and took our drink orders. It then took 10+ minutes for our server to come to the table and she failed to even introduce herself. When she came with our appetizer, it took her another 10 minutes to come back with silverware, but only 2 sets for a 4 person party. It took 40-45 minutes for the kitchen to have the server come out and tell my wife that they didn't have the main topping to the salad she ordered. Ten minutes before that my drink was taken away for a refill that I never received until our meals were brought out and at which time I had to remind them. At this point, there was no way we were staying any longer than we had to and ordered our ice creams to go. 2 out of the 4 ice cream orders were wrong, and took 15 minutes to be delivered to the table, and were likely on the counter for 5 minutes judging by its soupy consistency. How this location has managed to survive this long with such a staggering level of incompetence is something I will never understand. Business is literally walking out your door Friendly's as no less than 7 customers walked out after waiting too long to be taken care of.

Needs some better management i think. Always seems understaffed and people rushing.
