Friendly’s is the best, i went after a school dance and we got immediate service. Our waiter Frank Noble was also very friendly, he cracked a few jokes and answered all of our questions perfectly with full answers. Frank really made the experience better! I definitely recommend friendlys. (The service was very good)

This place was horrible. The manager has no regards for the customers. We arrived at 10pm the restaurant closes at 11pm. Upon entering there wasn’t anyone to greet us. Walked up to the counter there were two personals standing around one on the his phone texting. My boyfriend had to gesture for someone to come up to us.  We were then seated. The booth I first set down at cushion fell off. I moved across the table to sit with my boyfriend. The server came out he was very friendly. He started with drinks. He then brought our drinks out and was giving us a few minutes to decide on our order. He comes back and says just to let you know they told me to tell you our grill is off so you have to order fry food. I asked for the manager and ask why were we informed about the grill when we first came in the store. When we saw him as we entered on his phone and he was the person who instructed us to seat in the area. He said that he didnt have to tell us, thats what his servers are for once we seat and order. I asked why wait when you can give the customer the choice to stay or go. He basically give me the the look as if he didnt care at all and was rude. I will never visit this FRIENDLYS AGAIN!!!

Its cool if you ice cream and stuff...but youre not allowed to bring cross bows and AR 15s!! OH AND THEY FROWN UPON JUST WEARING CHEETAH THONGS....

Food and ice cream has always been good, but the service is always super slow every time I've gone.
