My Aunt has been in this facility since January. We have expressed concerns many times, bruising, dehydration (lack of water and food) and general poor health due to neglect. The most recent incident we have a photo of her (she cannot move herself) in her wheel chair facing a row of stretchers in a hall - sideways. Nothing to look at and shoved to the side like waste paper on the floor. Please don't take your loved ones here.
