Located at the Village at Leesburg ( Loudoun County in Northern Virginia ), our store is locally-owned and operated. Frilly Frocks is a very unique Boutique and Contemporary Consignment Shop offering Fine Women's Clothing and Children's Clothing and Accessories. We pride ourselves with an outstanding inventory and personally select only the latest styles and quality designer brands. Our selection of discount designer clothing and purses is second-to-none! Our apparel for both women and children includes clothing, shoes, and accessories.

I do NOT recommend consigning with Frilly Frocks! Initially dropping items off was frustrating as it took a long time and after the first employee chose which clothes to consign, another came after her and gave me back several items as she apparently does not like pink and stated pink is not a winter color (even though the were sweater and long sleeve name brand). Okay, fine. Later they called me to ask me to pick up items that did not sell and that I would need to come again the following week to potentially pick up more items since they did not put all my items out at the same time. I asked if I could wait and pick them up at once which they​ agreed to. The day before I was scheduled to pick them up an employee called and asked if they could keep my items through at least the holiday season which was fine. They keep records of your conversations with them but conveniently left that one off my account and only put that I failed to pick up my items and they were donated. Since I did not hear anything I assumed they sold. When I called (granted a few weeks after their winter season ended) they just said to read my agreement. I will definitely not be trusting my items with them again!

I attended the "Ladies Night Out" that Frilly Frocks put on in September. I was in the market for purchasing a whole new wardrobe, since I was moving from a nursing career, back into the professional world. I didn't even own enough clothing to have more than 2 - 3 outfits, and couldn't afford much. The wonderful fashion consultant that Frilly Frocks had on staff that night was WONDERFUL. She assisted me in picking out several staples to have in my wardrobe, that would mix and match and also look stunning. She stood by the dressing room door as I tried everything on, spending at least an hour with me. She gave honest, professional advice about what items worked, and which ones didn't. After discovering that Frilly Frocks had a layaway plan, I was sold! I put my entire wardrobe on layaway, and picked it up after receiving my first paycheck. I have received several compliments on my "new" clothing from co-workers and clients, and everything fits well, looks great and works well together. The best part? I got this entire wardrobe, dressy winter boots included all for under $170! I have since referred MANY friends to check out the awesome clothing and accessories! Thank you Frilly Frocks for carrying high-quality items and making a difference in my life. You're store is the best!

I am probably one of the few men that shops here. But this is the BEST place to find clothes for my little girl. They have beautiful outfits for less than a third what they charge in other stores. I found a cashmere sweater and pants for her that everyone LOVED!!! My little bean was the only 9 month old wearing cashmere that I've ever seen and it's great. Also the ladies working there do everything they can to help me find the perfect outfit. And they love kids! This place is wonderful!

I've been shopping a Frilly Frocks for years, starting when the shop was located in Ashburn. It is kind of hit or miss but I usually find one or two pieces that are a good price and I get lots of complements on the items I've purchased including shoes, sweaters, suits and skirts. The store is nicely organized and always is clean. I've gotten some favorite items on the sale rack for just a few dollars on like new clothing. I've consigned there prior to the new ownership but didn't get much for my items so prefer to sell items on line through my daughter's Poshmark account. Definitely worth popping in when at the shopping center.

I shop everywhere and Frilly Frocks is one of my favorite stores. I always find a fantastic selection and excellent prices. The brands are top-notch and in great condition. I bought an adorable Lucky bracelet that was still in Macy's at full price! They have a brand new Louis Vuitton bag that I just saw priced higher on a discount website by $200. The staff is nice and always happy to help. It really is a nice place.
