I just had my first visit to Fringe and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The salon was very clean and everyone was professional.  The best part was meeting Olivia!  She is a mind reader!  My color and cut were exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't know how to explain it.  Olivia listened then made suggestions and my hair turned out great!  Thanks Olivia, see ya soon.

I really enjoy getting my hair done here and B3 treatments! Erica is amazing and is definitely worth making an appointment with!! However, after getting my hair done I made an appointment to get two week old shellac nail polish removed. Generally speaking, getting gel polish off is not too much of a task for most nail technicians. First of all, I had awful service and had my nails wrapped in foil the entire time that the tech helped a client. (Not a big deal, but she did not acknowledge me at all for the 20-30 minutes I sat and waited.) Once she finished with her other customer she finally came over to me and just started aggressively scrapping off my polish with a WOOD tool that is primarily used for pushing back cuticles. I said "ouch" twice during this process and the tech did not apologize or even attempt to be more gentle. I left the salon with atrocious looking finger nails. The tech should truly be ashamed of her work especially since I paid over $20 for her "service". Lastly, when I washed my hands I was not offered a hand towel and did not have any way to dry my hands. As much as I do like this salon, I was incredibly appalled by my experience in the "spa" with Hayley.

I love this place! They take such good care of their customers and everyone is so nice! Allie Morgan did my hair and I am in love with it! She treated me so well and dealt with my uncooperative hair, she made it look just amazing! I will be back!

Absolutely horriable spent 140 dollars for my hair to be noticeably two different colors. I just wanted my regrowth to match my hair could of done a better job myself. Way over priced for one color  to be but on just regrowth. My hairs blonde but now my regrowth is orange and brassy almost embarrassing and the orange brass isnt even taken down to my blonde hair so you can see my natural color through out. Was done extremely poorly for a supposed high quality salon.

After reading some of these reviews and now experiencing the salon myself, I must address the negative mention of "hair on the floor" and "hectic atmosphere." At no time during my visit did I feel stressed by the busy salon environment. Nearly every seat was filled, there was friendly chatter between clients and stylists, and soft contemporary music playing in the background. To me, a little hair on the floor means that the services are in demand and people are satisfied...which isn't an accident. As I recall past experiences at several other area salons, Fringe sets the bar. No stuffy atmosphere, however the service and professionalism were impressive. My stylist, though having only a year of professional experience, began promptly, took her time getting acquainted with me and my needs, and gave me the biggest bang for my buck. I was cordially offered refreshments a few times during my visit and my comfort was assured by every employee I encountered. My stylist offered free touch ups/ tweaks if I needed them in the next week or so. I understand that not everyone can be pleased but I can't find one bad thing to say about Fringe. I shall return!
