The restaurant was under staffed. The manager had to cook. It took 40 minutes to get our food. It would not have been a big deal if our waitress would have explained that they were short handed and it would be a wait. People were leaving with out paying. My sandwich had a long black hair in it. The waitress didn't set the food down in front of my brother in law or my sisters place. I had to hand them their food. Then she never even apologized for our wait. She had an attitude. I ordered ice tea and there was no lemon. So I asked for one. She left saying I will bring you extra lemon for your tea. She had an attitude. We spoke with the manager about this waitresses behavior. Hopefully her behavior will be corrected.

Tasty chicken parm dish with sweet potato fries - yummy.  Staff attentive despite being short handed today. Manager apologized and discounted our check. Great attitude about timely service.

This is the cleanest Frisch's around. It has a  very large dining area. The food is what you would expect from Frisch's. The service has always been good for me in the many times I have gone there. Is it fine dining? Of course not. But way better than fast food.

Ok food. Service sucks no matter when you go in. Seems like the entire service staff is 16-17 who care more about hanging out with each other than serving tables. Last three times we've gone we're sat with no silverware and had to practically walk into the kitchen to find the servers to ask for some. They then treat you like you're bothering them if you ask for a refill, or if your food is made wrong. I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I can't just pick off the tomatoes from a sandwich, I have to have it remade. When I had to send a sandwich back twice because of this the guy gave me a nasty attitude like I was the problem. Sorry, but your $4 sandwich is not worth a trip to the ER for me, just remake the damn sandwich. Older manager in there is very sweet, we try to go when she's on duty because she does at least try to make the kids do their jobs.
